Abstract

WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson's scathing findings of fact in the Microsoft antitrust case cheered critics of the company that have long maintained the software giant's tactics illegally crushed competitors and stifled innovation.
